Fitoproteina XP is a complex clarifier which can help preserve varietal characteristics in musts and wines. It can be used without bentonite, however it’s possible to use Mastervin® Compact after treatment with Fitoproteina XP.
Directions
Dissolve in cold water at a ratio of 1:1.1-1.2, stirring continuously to dissolve. Use solution within 12 hours.

5-20 g/hL for wines and musts
