Superfood® EXPORT provides the nutritious supplements yeasts need for growth and survival during the anaerobic stress of fermentation, in doses that are most advantageous. It contains primary-grown, FULLY autolyzed yeast extract and yeast hulls. Like Superfood, Superfood Export contains a variety of nitrogen sources, and is MUCH better for yeasts than just DAP. Superfood Export includes 32.5% DAP, while most nutrient blends have much more DAP (45% up to almost 100%).
Superfood Export is compliant with regulations in EU and some other countries that regulate adding vitamins other than thiamine for yeast nutrition.
Dose rates are the same as for Superfood.
Use: For most fermentations.
