Premium® Supertuscan Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Intended for production of full-bodied, higher alcohol red wines destined to be aged in wood. This yeast is synergistic with ML fermentation, and is very compatible with Amar04 bacteria. The initial higher speed fermentation overwhelms indigenous yeasts, and the slower mid-range activity allows for superior flavor and color development, with very low foam production.
