Preserves the fruity aroma of white wines, preferred for Sauvignon Blanc. Well suited to bringing out the varietal aromatic components of white wines. Intended for the production of intense and fruity white wines, this yeast is particularly useful for varieties with a thiol-containing aroma matrix.
